NORTHBROOK, IL – Northbrook-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, named Todd Zinsmaster as Vice President effective Sept. 4, 2007. He will be responsible for various project developments, acquisitions, business development and construction for the firm. Previously, Mr. Zinsmaster was with Kimco Developers Inc in Lisle, Ill., where he served as Senior Director of Development. Prior to Kimco, Mr. Zinsmaster was with The Home Depot for 10 years, where he held several consecutive construction and management positions in the retailer’s Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast divisions. He has also held credit analyst and commercial loan positions for Bank South in Atlanta.
The Naperville resident earned his Master of Science in Real Estate in 1994 from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and his Bachelor of Arts in Finance at University of South Florida in Tampa..
“Besides being gifted with interpersonal skills, Todd has a very well-rounded background that will be quite an asset for us and our clients,” says Pine Tree President Tim Roe. “He has a finance degree, was a credit analyst at a bank, headed construction teams for two companies, and has also done leasing, contracts, sales, and acquisitions.
