NORTHBROOK, Ill. (October 12, 2016) – Northbrook-based Pine Tree, LLC today announced the hiring of experienced property management professionals Nicole Geres and Jaclyn Swanson as senior property managers for the retail real estate company’s national shopping center portfolio. Both will be based in Pine Tree’s Northbrook, Illinois office.

Before joining Pine Tree, Geres worked for a prominent Chicago-based developer as a property manager for several of their Illinois shopping centers. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a BS in Aviation Flight and Management. Geres is a resident of Deerfield, Ill.
Prior to Pine Tree, Swanson worked for Barshop & Oles as a senior commercial property manager where she managed a 700,000-square-foot portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Austin, Texas area. Her other experience includes working for Live Oak-Gottesman and Southwest Strategies Group. Swanson earned her BFA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her MBA in Finance from Syracuse University. Swanson is a resident of Northbrook, Ill.
