NORTHBROOK, Ill. (February 5, 2014) – Ryan Montes was recently hired by Northbrook-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC as Property Manager / Asset Management Coordinator, announced Pine Tree’s Phil Spitz,Senior Vice President, Property Management and Accounting.
Mr. Montes, 27, of Evanston, Ill., will be responsible for property management for three of Pine Tree’s assets, and he will also orchestrate and oversee quarterly asset management meetings and portfolio reporting.
“We’re excited to have Ryan on board,” says Mr. Spitz. “His knowledge of the shopping center industry and his experience with budgeting and resolving tenant and property issues make him a valuable asset to the Pine Tree team.”
Prior to joining Pine Tree, Mr. Montes worked in the Asset Management and Reporting group of Miller Capital Advisorywhere he handled reporting and analysis for over 10.4 million square feet of regional and lifestyle shopping centers. He began his career in the cross border accounting department at Kraft Foods.
He is a graduate of Miami University, with a degree in Finance, and studied international business abroad in France and London, where he met his wife.
