NORTHBROOK, Ill. (April 29, 2014) – Erin Bremen was recently hired by Northbrook-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC as Vice President of Acquisitions & Due Diligence announced Pine Tree’s Todd Zinsmaster, Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Development.
Ms. Bremen, 31, of Deerfield, Ill., will oversee underwriting and due diligence for new acquisitions. Erin has 10 years of commercial real estate experience with a diverse background in real estate equity and lending.
“Erin’s 10 years of experience regarding the shopping center industry and commercial real estate, and her understanding of acquisitions and asset management make her a valuable asset to the Pine Tree team,” said Mr. Zinsmaster.
Prior to joining Pine Tree, Erin worked for Allstate Investments in the Real Estate Equity Group where she focused on acquisitions and asset management for the $2.5B direct real estate platform. Erin spent several years on the debt side of the business, responsible for loan workout, REO dispositions, business development, and portfolio management. Erin also worked for Wrightwood Capital underwriting structured debt, mezzanine and preferred equity investments.
Erin received her BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2004 and is an active member of ICSC and Real Estate Finance Forum.
