NORTHBROOK, IL –Thomas Seurynck has been recently named as Vice President of Acquisitions and Due Diligence for Northbrook-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, announced Pine Tree Senior Vice President Todd Zinsmaster.
Prior to joining Pine Tree, Thomas Seurynck, (38), of Park Ridge, Ill., was a senior investment associate and credit/underwriting manager for Wrightwood Capital in Illinois where he underwrote finance transactions totaling $500 million, analyzed potential transactions, existing loans, investments and real estate assets, and performed due diligence, including site inspections, independent research of market reports and reviews of tenancy and sponsor credit. He also served four years with Pritzker Realty Group LP in Chicago as accounting manager and was a tax manager for Ernst and Young. Mr. Seurynck earned a Master of Business Administration/Finance and Entrepreneurship degree in 2006 from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration/Accountancy degree from the University of Notre Dame.
