NORTHBROOK, Ill. (April 29, 2022) – Northbrook-based Pine Tree, LLC today announced an expansion of their leadership team with a pair of promotions within the property management division. Jasmyn Sylvester, CPM®, ACOM, was promoted to Vice President, Property Management, and John Cresto was promoted to Vice President, Facilities. These promotions will support Pine Tree’s national portfolio of shopping centers and the company’s commitment to an experienced, collaborative team focused on customer success as they continue to grow in their 27th year of retail real estate.
Jasmyn Sylvester, VP, Property Management
A Senior Property Manager with Pine Tree since 2020 and a 2021 Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Georgia Chapter “ACOM of the Year” and “Difference Maker” award winner, Jasmyn was promoted to Vice President of Property Management at Pine Tree. Based at the Atlanta office, Jasmyn will oversee property management in the Southeastern region.

John Cresto, VP, Facilities
Formerly Director of Facilities, John was promoted to Vice President, Facilities with Pine Tree. John has 10 years’ experience overseeing the facilities management of a 100+ asset national retail portfolio.
“John takes charge and gets it done,” said Costa. “He knows how to analyze each situation, the right questions to ask, and how to create the most value for everyone involved.”
