NORTHBROOK, Ill. (March 3, 2020) – Northbrook-based Pine Tree, LLC today announced an expansion of their leadership team with a pair of promotions within the property management division. Nicole Geres and Liz Weberling were each promoted to the position of Vice President of Property Management, and are tasked with overseeing 242 retail real estate assets across the U.S., along with supervising more than 14 property managers. These promotions will support Pine Tree’s recent assignment of over 200 shopping centers and stand-alone retailers across the nation for management and leasing, and their commitment to an experienced, collaborative team focused on customer success as they continue to grow in their 25th year of retail real estate.
Nicole Geres, VP of Property Management
A Senior Property Manager with Pine Tree since 2016, Nicole was promoted to Vice President of Property Management. She will oversee seven regional and senior property managers and five associate property managers across 161 assets in various states. She looks forward to helping others excel and succeed as they serve their communities.
Liz Weberling, VP of Property Management
Formerly a Regional Property Manager, Liz was promoted to Vice President of Property Management with Pine Tree. She will oversee seven regional and senior property managers and six associate property managers. She’ll be working with 81 assets across the U.S., with 10.5 million square feet in her portfolio. She looks forward to providing mentorship to her team and collaborating with them to reach the company and client goals.
In their new roles, Nicole and Liz will provide assistance with operations and business development across their various properties, as well as tenancy and tenant solutions, and facilities management and capital improvement initiatives.
