NORTHBROOK, Ill. (March 2, 2016) – Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC announced today it has selected MREN as the company’s investment management platform after searching for a secure and centralized data-storage and communications hub developed specifically for the real estate industry.
Newly created by Metis, a commercial real estate-focused technology platform provider based near San Diego, Calif., MREN brings a new centralized approach to solving the complexities of real estate asset management procedures, due diligence processes, and stakeholder communications, providing secure file-sharing, and advanced communication channels. Supporting the entire lifecycle of an asset, MREN is designed to provide access to time-saving management tools meant to increase internal and external transparency and facilitate collaboration with all parties involved in a transaction.
In addition to using the platform for external communications and file-sharing, MREN will be utilized by Pine Tree for internal portfolio review and to facilitate the company’s acquisitions pipeline discussion.
