NORTHBROOK, Ill. (April 14, 2015) – Conor Bossy was recently hired by Northbrook-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC as Senior Associate of Acquisitions, announced Pine Tree’s Todd Zinsmaster, Executive Vice President – Acquisitions and Development.
Bossy, 28, joins Pine Tree’s Acquisitions team where he will be assisting in the sourcing and analysis of new acquisitions throughout the country.
Prior to joining Pine Tree, Bossy was most recently a member of Rushmore Properties’ acquisitions team where he focused on value-add and opportunistic real estate investments. He was also responsible for the asset management of the company’s real estate holdings, including: retail, office, and medical office. Conor started his career working as an analyst for Mid-America Real Estate Corporation where he was responsible for the underwriting and generation of comprehensive investment packages.
“With years of experience in analyzing retail real estate investments, Conor will make a great addition to the Pine Tree acquisitions team,” said Zinsmaster. “Knowing he shares our values and focus on innovation, we are incredibly excited to have Conor on board.”
Conor received his B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is an active member of ICSC and ICSC Next Generation. He lives in Clarendon Hills, Ill.
