NORTHBROOK, Ill. (January 19, 2022) – Northbrook-based Pine Tree today announced a key promotion reflecting the company’s focus on building and maintaining a strong and dynamic team as it continues to expand its portfolio of open-air shopping centers across the country.
Chris Ellsworth, a Pine Tree team member since 2021, has been promoted to Vice President, Acquisitions, where he will continue to help source and negotiate new potential acquisitions and grow the company’s national retail portfolio.
“Chris has an in-depth knowledge of the retail real estate business which he combines with an incredibly dedicated work ethic,” said Conor Bossy, Chief Investment Officer at Pine Tree. “He has proven himself to be a valuable team member and a strong, resourceful leader who is committed to Pine Tree’s mission, values, and goals, and that of our stakeholders. Chris is an alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
