NORTHBROOK, Ill. (May 9, 2016) – Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC announced today it has signed a new lease with Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA) at Poplar-Prairie Stone Crossing in Hoffman Estates, Ill. The newly-leased 10,676-square-foot Ulta Beauty joins other best-in-class retailers TJ Maxx, World Market, and Ross Dress for Less, among others, at the 312,000-square-foot shopping center at the intersection of Interstate 90 and Route 59 in the western suburbs of Chicago.

The Ulta Beauty at Poplar-Prairie Stone Crossing is expected to open late fall 2016.
