NORTHBROOK, Ill. (October 28, 2020) – Northbrook-based Pine Tree, LLC today welcomes 15 new staff members hired between 1Q2020 and 4Q2020 in keeping with the company’s focus on expanding its national shopping center portfolio and elevating its best-in-class management services.
Recently joining the full-service retail real estate company are:
Jazmin Figueroa, Transaction Accountant. Before joining Pine Tree, Jazmin worked in accounting for Senior Lifestyle Corporation, an industry-leading senior living real estate owner, operator and developer. Prior to that, Jazmin worked with the Inland Real Estate Group of Companies.
Antonia Romero, Transaction Accountant. Before joining Pine Tree, Antonia was an Accounts Receivable Specialist with JLL.
Melody Johns, Paralegal. Before joining Pine Tree, Melody was a Paralegal for Keogh & Moody, P.C., a Chicago-based law firm specializing in representation for residential real estate homeowners’ associations and not-for-profit corporations.
Jasmine Bishop, Tenant Services Coordinator. Before joining Pine Tree, Jasmine was an Assistant Leasing Manager for JMG Realty, Inc., a multi-family real estate company headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
Stephanie Nelson, Transaction Accountant. Before joining Pine Tree, worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist for Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a Chicago-based law firm that provides advisory, litigation, and transactional legal services. Prior to that, she worked for Starwood Retail Partners as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Gayle Lansdon, Collections Coordinator. Before joining Pine Tree, Gayle was a Collections & Credit Specialist with AM Castle Steel and a Collections Analyst with Johnson Service Group, Inc, a staffing and recruiting firm based in Westmont, IL.
Shelley Xu, CFA, CPA, Senior Portfolio Manager. Before joining Pine Tree, was Vice President with JPMorgan Chase & Co in New York where she held buyside analyst responsibilities for a ~$4.5 billion AUM fund. Prior to that, Shelley was with KPMG as a Financial Management Senior Associate in Chicago.
Nick Bartholomew, Asset Manager. Before joining Pine Tree, Nick was a Development Associate with Starwood Retail Partners where he contributed to the multifaceted redevelopment of malls into dynamic, mixed-used centers.
Carrie Clark, CAM Reconciliation Specialist. Before joining Pine Tree, Carrie was with Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation where she was an Accounting Associate. Prior to that, Carrie worked with IRC Retail Centers before moving on to the Albertsons Companies.
Rick Powers, CAM Reconciliation Specialist. Before joining Pine Tree, Rick was Controller for Cedar Street Capital before moving on to Horizon Realty Group.
Desiree Bishop, Associate Property Manager. Before joining Pine Tree, Desiree was with Mac Property Management – a multi-family real estate company based in Chicago – where was a Property Manager.
Jennifer Kron, Associate Property Manager. Before joining Pine Tree, Jennifer was Business Center Manager with Office Revolution, an all inclusive office rental company in Naperville, IL.
Aja Jackson, Senior Property Manager. Before joining Pine Tree, Aja was with Cedar Street Companies where was a Property Manager overseeing both commercial and residential properties.
William Davis, Associate Asset Manager. Before joining Pine Tree, Will was with Brookfield Properties where he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst.
Nicole Marc-Keifer, Associate Property Manager. Before joining Pine Tree, Nicole was with 360 Insights where she was an Operations Success Manager and Culture Ambassador.
